Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund rules carefully before booking:

More than 30 days before check-in: You will receive a full refund. A small processing fee may be deducted.
Between 15 to 30 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged. No refund will be given.
Admin charges: An additional 10% administrative fee + GST will be applicable on every cancellation.
No-show & Early checkout: Bookings where guests do not arrive or leave early are non-refundable.
Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 to 15 working days.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. This is subject to room availability and extra charges, if any.
Any change in check-in date, check-out date, room category, or guest details may lead to additional costs.
No changes or cancellations allowed within 7 days of arrival.

Special Booking Exceptions

For certain bookings like peak season, festival periods, promotional deals, event dates, and group reservations, different rules may apply.
The specific cancellation and refund terms for such bookings will be shared with you at the time of confirmation.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Dream Hotels And Resorts will not be responsible for any cancellation, delay, or changes caused due to events outside our control.
This includes natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, strikes, riots, or travel/transport disruptions.

Our Liability

Dream Hotels And Resorts acts only as a booking partner. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss related to your stay, or for services, quality, and facilities provided directly by the hotel.

Legal Terms

These policies are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
